1. Who we are

This website, seed-esg.com, is operated by SEED ESG, headquartered at Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us through one of the following:

• Contact form — name, work email, company name, role, and your message.
• Demo booking — name, email, and calendar availability shared via Cal.com when you book a live demo.
• Newsletter signup — email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Lead magnet downloads — name and email, if you request a resource such as a guide or report.

We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer) automatically when you visit seed-esg.com. This data is used in aggregate and is not linked to your identity.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or message.
• Schedule and conduct the live demo you requested.
• Send the newsletter or resource you signed up for.
• Improve the content and performance of this website.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this website:

• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.
• Cal.com — demo booking calendar. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to data you provide during booking.
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment. Vercel processes server logs in accordance with their data processing agreement.

Each of these providers is contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form enquiries and demo booking records for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for legitimate business purposes. Newsletter subscribers' data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data storage and security

Data submitted through this website is processed and stored within systems hosted in the UAE and the European Economic Area. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Note: The SEED ESG product(app.seed-esg.com) operates under a separate, enterprise-grade data processing framework with dedicated per-customer encrypted databases hosted in the North UAE region. That framework is governed by the product's own data processing agreement, not this policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

8. Cookies

seed-esg.com uses only essential cookies required for the website to function. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and request your consent where required by law.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing law

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
